Hipot tester and high voltage test transformers

Function :

To generate a high voltage between two parts of the device under test to check its dielectric strength, its breakdown voltage or just verify the voltage ability.

In accordance with specific requirements, the equipment shall be designed to measure other parameters such as the leakage current, the Partial Discharges level or the Delta Tangent.

Parameters :

• Three phased and single phased systems,
• HV generators of continuous DC voltage or industrial frequency AC voltage,
• HV current threshold,
• Cycles programming : speed, voltage levels, test time.

Options :

• Remote control : digital, analog or by serial link with PC and supervision,
• Integration of measurement apparatus : PD, Tangent Delta, Meg-ohmmeter,
• Functional options : commutation matrix , continuity test, safety cage,
• Other : wheels, retention tank, signalization, grounding relays…
